Hip label SAN PAREDES originated in Australia, but has recently made its base in Los Angeles. Paul Magalad's work has appeared in numerous style journals throughout Australia and the Asian Pacific region. His range of urban, post-modern inspired clothing, developed in Australia, is now gaining notoriety here in LA. All of the pieces in the collection are one-of-a-kind, be it from recycled vintage clothing or textiles. He gives a feeling of extreme warmth and an organic quality to his work by utilizing hand stitching to create intensively embroidered, layered garments.

The award-winning Fabulous Monsters ignite the stage with their modern version of India1s 5000 year old Hindu myth, the Ramayana. In development for 4 years, RAMAYANA 2K2 includes a remarkable cast of acrobats, actors, aerialists, gymnasts, martial artists, puppeteers and masquers.

Join them on a dramatic journey to rescue a beautiful princess from a demon king with the help of her virtuous husband Prince Rama and his flying monkey general. RAMAYANA 2K2 is a high-octane dance drama that bridges primeval world history with 21st century music and psychedelic visuals. The evening boasts of magical spells, transcendent deities and a demonic pleasure palace.
